Delaney Beh

Delaney Beh (they/them) is a 2nd year Master of Divinity student at the University of Chicago Divinity School and a Member in Discernment with the Indiana-Kentucky Conference of the United Church of Christ. A Midwest kid through and through, Delaney was born and raised in Columbus, OH before receiving their B.A. in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Butler University in Indianapolis, IN, which they now consider home with their partner Emma and darling cat, Winston. Their path to Chicago is the next step in a long-standing call to ministry which began when they were 17. Since then, Delaney has been discerning whether chaplaincy or congregational ministry (or maybe even both) is the right fit for them and is excited to continue this journey through an internship with FCCGE! In their free time, Delaney enjoys building LEGO, finding new coffee shops, and hunting for physical media (books, vinyl, DVDs) wherever it may be found —- they will gladly take recommendations on local spots to find any of the above!
